By downloading, installing, or using Nara ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Nara is a mood tracking application that allows you to:

• •Chat with an AI assistant for emotional support
• •View statistics and insights about your mood patterns
• •Grow a virtual garden based on your mood entries

3User Responsibilities

When using Nara, you agree to:

• •Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• •Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• •Not use the App for any illegal purposes
• •Maintain the security of your account
• •Not share harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content

Important: Nara is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is designed for general wellness and mood tracking purposes only.

• •Always seek professional help for mental health concerns
• •In case of emergency, contact local emergency services
• •Do not rely solely on this App for mental health management

5Subscriptions & Payments

Nara offers premium features through in-app subscriptions:

• •Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
• •Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• •You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings (Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions)
• •Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy
• •No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods
• •Price changes will be notified in advance and require your consent for renewal

6Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• •You violate these Terms of Service
• •You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• •You misuse the AI assistant or attempt to manipulate the system
• •Your account shows suspicious activity

Upon termination, your access to premium features will be revoked immediately. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days.

7Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Nara are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nara and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

9Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes arising from the use of this App:

• •If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the courts of Kahramanmaraş, Turkey
• •These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey
• •The Turkish version of these Terms shall prevail in case of any discrepancy with translations
